Purple Skies

Painted with different shades of purple, the sky displays a rare hue, well, at least for me. I researched the science behind the phenomenon because some taught that I Photoshopped the color.

I took this shot on my way back to Manila from a feast in San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija.

Mauban, Quezon: Low Tide In Cagbalete Island

Rocks and corals sitting under the purple sky sprung from the sea during the low tide in the afternoon. From afar, one can see the light in a factory somewhere in Mauban.

Changing tides reveal the rocks sculpted by the seas over time. The distant Mauban Power Plant illuminated by numerous lights seemed near.
